Electrospinning industrialization
High-voltage electrospinning technology uses the breakdown effect of a high electrostatic electric field on a polymer solution to prepare nano-micron fiber materials. The basic principle is to apply an electric field between the jetting device and the receiving device to form a jet from the end of the spinning solution , And stretched in an electric field, and finally form a non-woven nanofiber on the receiving device.



High efficiency and low resistance

The fiber is extremely thin, the diameter is concentrated between 200-250nm, the pore diameter is concentrated around 1μm, the porosity is as high as 80%, and the filter cartridge can be more efficient and low resistance.



Weather resistance

We have mastered the spinning process of dozens of polymer formulations. Nanofiber membranes have high weather resistance characteristics and can be adapted to high temperature, high humidity, dry desert areas, high salt coastal areas, high acid-base and other harsh conditions.



Resistant to blowback

The product has small resistance, stable aperture, good blowback effect. Withstands 0.8MPa, 1000 times blowback force, our nano fiber coated air filter products has excellent performance on the dust collector with pulse blowback. It is widely used in various working conditions, industrial dust removal and gas turbine intake system,it provides a highly efficient and energy-saving solution.
